1) Can the tube be fully paper and still keep tea fresh?
Yes—for fast-turn blends using greaseproof/glassine liners. For longer shelf life or delicate greens, use an inner foil pouch + tube.

2) Do windows hurt quality?
Use cellulose windows with a backing shroud, and keep an inner pouch for barrier. Limit window size to reduce light ingress.

3) How do I size for 100 g of loose-leaf?
Tell us the leaf grade. We apply the bulk-density table and propose ID × height with proper headspace.

4) What about matcha or powdered chai?
Treat powders as high-barrier: inner foil pouch primaries inside the tube; nitrogen flush optional.

5) Will soft-touch scuff in shipping?
